Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has declared that Serbia will be held responsible and guilty before local and international justice for the crimes committed during the war in Kosovo.
He commemorated the Serbian massacre in the village of Kotlinë, Kaçanik 26 years ago, saying it was a state crime "of Slobodan Milošević's Serbia."
Kurti wrote on Facebook that Serbia is guilty of all crimes of legal categories "committed in Kosovo, before and during the war."
"Today marks 26 years since Slobodan Milosevic's Yugoslavia committed a state crime in the village of Kotlinë, Kaçanik. On March 24, 1999, the 243rd Mechanized Brigade of the Yugoslav Army, together with special police units, surrounded the village of Kotlinë. Amidst abuse, the Serbian police initially killed three elderly people and then burned their bodies," he said.
