While talking about the German RheinMetall MAN HX2 military trucks bought and accepted as a donation from Germany, Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that they are protection and security for the state.
Through a post on Facebook, Kurti said that the modernization and strengthening of the army are essential towards the goal of membership in NATO.
"After the inauguration of the State Training Center for Cyber Security, together with the Minister of Defense, Ejup Macedonci and the commander of the Kosovo Security Force, Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari, we saw closely the fleet of multifunctional military trucks RheinMetall MAN HX2, 8X8 which have been added to army arsenal. The RheinMetall MAN HX2 military trucks are German production, where out of 15 in total, 10 were purchased with the state budget, while five are donations. The modernization and strengthening of our army are essential towards the goal of membership in NATO", wrote Kurti.
