Prime Minister Albin Kurti from Munich has spoken about the final agreement with Serbia, saying that it is good to happen quickly, but speed should not take priority over content.
He said that he is for a dialogue with principles and in consultation with all the international partners of Kosovo.
"I am not against dialogue, but I am for well-prepared and principled dialogue. I am constructive with a dialogue that leads us to an agreement and that is sufficient so that it is not sabotaged either internally or externally. Now we have fresh legitimacy, but this cannot be said for Serbia either, they have elections at the end of April, maybe when they finish the elections and we finish these agreements so far. Then, let's talk with Brussels, Berlin, Paris and Washington for a framework that allows us to have a constructive dialogue and a fair agreement", he said.
Kurti added that the agreement as soon as possible is the best, but the content is a priority above everything else.
According to him, reciprocity is the normal principle of bilateral relations.

"We will remove the tax, but we will establish the principle of reciprocity. On October 6, the citizens voted for us for this. We have it in the program when we were voted on February 3 as the governing cabinet, we will implement it with the government's work plan", he said.
In an interview for DW, Kurti said that in these first days of work, he is focused on the process of reducing ministries and training new staff.
"You have to keep in mind that this is the 11th day of my work and all I have managed to do is to have some kind of plan for the reduction of 21 ministries and I haven't even appointed half of the deputy ministers and the staff. Now we will have a new acting director of customs and we need some preparation to implement reciprocity", he said.
The first Kosovar executive who for the first time faced the Serbian president at a table said that Aleksandar Vučić expressed himself nervously because of his well-known positions.
"This conference was generally under the Chatham House Rules. I cannot speak concretely about the content, but a great pressure was felt since there was also the Serbian media and Vučić expressed himself nervously, my positions are well known", added Kurti.
The Prime Minister also spoke about the unification of positions with President Hashim Thaçi, saying that he is ready for this because Kosovo should not have two foreign policies.
"I don't know how much we can unify the positions, but I express my will and interest in not having two or more foreign policies of Kosovo. Even Trump, when he sent the letter to Thaçi last year, said that Kosovo should speak with a unified and united voice. I think we should do this as soon as possible. Maybe it's not good that we didn't meet before coming here, but we will have time to meet without a problem", he says.

Kurti may not agree on many issues with the president, but he feels the same way about the Mini-Schengen initiative.
"I think it is good that the Mini-Schengen is incorporated into the Berlin process as soon as possible. This is a process that deals with the six states of the Western Balkans, and we should not have four states somewhere and six, but as Chancellor Merkel has designed. I have nothing bad and I want Kosovo and Albania to integrate and unite as much as possible, to cooperate in every field. The differences are insurmountable and the meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama is one of the best meetings of the last two or three years with him", he concluded.
