Prime Minister Albin Kurti discussed with the German Ambassador to Kosovo the elections that were recently held in both countries, Kosovo and Germany.
According to a statement from the Prime Minister's Office, the meeting also discussed the importance of forming the institutions resulting from the elections, as well as continuing interstate cooperation and deepening bilateral relations.
"The meeting discussed the electoral processes that were recently held in Kosovo and Germany, the importance of forming the institutions resulting from the respective elections, and the continuation of Kosovo-Germany cooperation and the deepening of bilateral relations between the two countries," the statement said.
Kurti and the Vetevendosje Movement won over 40 percent of the vote, according to current counting trends from the February 9 elections.
Meanwhile, in Germany, the conservative CDU/CSU alliance came out on top. The far right saw significant growth.
