On the third anniversary of the death of Astri Dehari, today the chairman of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Albin Kurti and the leadership of this political entity, family members and friends of Dehari paid tribute to the grave of the deceased, from where it was requested that the perpetrators who took the life of the VV activist to be brought to justice.
The member of the leadership of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Glauk Konjufca, said that Astrit Dehari was a distinguished activist who was full of will and positivity, determined in his attitude and steadfast in his ideal.
Konjufca said that today Astrit Dehari is being commemorated in the light of a new expertise from Switzerland which showed that Astrit neither lost his life accidentally, nor committed suicide, but behind this event hides a crime that his perpetrators must be brought to justice .
Meanwhile, the father of the deceased Astrit Dehari, Avni Dehari, thanked everyone on behalf of the family members for the support they are offering to his family these days.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the PSD, Shpend Ahmeti, has remembered the activist Dehari through a Facebook post, for whom he says that for a while he was also a worker in the Municipality of Pristina.

"Ahmeti said that Dehari, in addition to being a political activist and LVV activist, was also an exemplary student and, for a time, an exemplary worker in the Municipality of Pristina. In addition to the topics of the Health Directorate, he always came to my office when he met a citizen in economic and social trouble and thought that we should help him. He saw helping people in need as a vital goal," wrote Ahmeti.
According to Ahmet, the death of Astrit in the prison of Prizren where he was sent and held remains unjustly unexplained and this is a burden not only for the then political and administrative power, but a burden for every citizen of the Republic.
"The burden and responsibility will only increase until all the circumstances and all those responsible for what happened are revealed," he added.
The mayor of Pristina said that today, on the third anniversary of Astrit's early death, they remember the deceased as a modest, hardworking man, a soft voice for friends, and a strong voice for justice and equality.
