In a status on Facebook, Abdixhik said that these attacks will not stop or intimidate Muhaxheri.
"Gaz Muhajheri can neither be stopped nor intimidated. This man is cooked differently! The bodies of justice should give quick results and hold responsible those who, with the argument of violence and hatred, try to stop a leader and a free man", he wrote.
After the attack, Muhaxheri himself, who has been leading Peja for three terms, wrote on Facebook, saying that he is healthy.

In another reaction, the LDK strongly condemned the attack on Muhaxheri, saying that such actions do not serve democracy.
