The Central Election Commission has announced that the delivery of ballot packages for postal voting in the December 28 parliamentary elections will begin on Sunday.
CEC spokesperson Valmir Elezi told KOHA that the delivery will start at 10:45 through the economic operator.
"I inform you that tomorrow (Sunday, December 14, 2025, 10:45) the Central Election Commission, through the economic operator, will start sending packages with ballots to voters registered outside Kosovo to vote by mail in the early elections for the Assembly of Kosovo. Date: Sunday, December 14, 2025 Time: 10:45 Location: DHL Depot in Pristina," he said.
This concerns around 58 thousand voters who have selected this voting method, to whom the CEC will send a package with ballots to their address.
Voting by mail was scheduled to begin on Friday. But there were delays. There have been concerns that this delay could prevent some of our compatriots registered to vote from voting.
The printing of ballots in Slovenia, dedicated to voters outside Kosovo, was completed on December 12th.
