The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council held its 280th meeting on Thursday. Among the decisions taken, according to the KPC announcement, is the cancellation of the prosecutor recruitment process.
At this meeting, the KPC also made three other decisions, including the authorization of the chairman of this council, Ardian Hajdaraj, to sign the Cooperation Agreement with the High Prosecutorial Council of the Republic of Albania on behalf of the institution. Its purpose is to advance institutional coordination and professional exchange between the two homologous institutions.

Letter to the Reader — Why We're Asking for Your Support ContributeThe members of the Council were also informed of the retirement age reached by a prosecutor from the Basic Prosecution Office in Mitrovica.
In accordance with legal provisions, the Council decided that the name of Prosecutor Slobodan Bakić be forwarded to the President of the Republic of Kosovo for dismissal from office.
At the meeting, the Council addressed a disciplinary complaint and decided to refer the case to the Prosecutors' Performance Evaluation Commission for further evaluation, in accordance with disciplinary procedures and professional evaluation standards.
