On Saturday, the issue of Kosovo and the dialogue with Serbia were included in the campaign for the US presidential elections.
The Democratic candidate, former vice-president Joe Biden, declared his position on this issue of US foreign policy, and criticized the administration of President Trump for the lack of transatlantic cooperation.
“History teaches us that when the United States and Europe lead together, we can end conflicts and open new opportunities for peace and prosperity in Southeast Europe and beyond. This partnership has never been more necessary than today and requires all parties to work together towards our common goal. It requires American leadership and partnership.
