The plagiarism of Dugoll and Kastrati is confirmed

The Organization for the Improvement of Quality in Education (ORCA), has announced that the Senate of the University of Pristina has confirmed the decision of the Ethics Council, that professors Bujar Dugolli and Ardian Kastrati committed plagiarism.

The non-mentoring of master's and doctorate subjects for two years as punishment for Dugoll and Kastrati, according to ORCA, "are ridiculous punishments".

This organization warned that it will send the case to the Governing Council of the UP, to change the measure of punishment against them.

"The UP Senate already confirmed this. We think the case should go to the Governing Council of UP. We are examining it to send the case further as the punishments are ridiculous", said Dibran Hoxha from ORCA for KOĖN.

The apostrophized professor, Bujar Dugolli, said that he does not want to talk about this issue since "he has talked enough for two years now", while Kastrati did not answer the calls of KOĖHA.

In 2021, ORCA had denounced the two professors for plagiarism of sources, where through them they have risen to higher academic positions.

The paper was withdrawn from the journal, while the dismissal of the professors was requested.
