Lawyer Arianit Koci has cut his hair in front of the Kosovo Assembly in protest of the blockade created.
He said that this is not only a protest against the deputies but also against the people of Kosovo, who according to him "have fallen asleep".
He took this action before the 50th session of the constitutive session.
