The INPO organization has responded to the Municipality of Gjakova for the tender for the renovation of the city's stadium. She has said that the Municipality limits free competition in the 4 million tender and that it has not fully addressed INPO's recommendations.
According to INPO, free competition is limited, there is unequal treatment and one or more operators are favored and discriminated against in this tender.
He added that in the tender documents he found that "the municipality has set a number of requirements for technical and professional capacities which are irrelevant, not proportional to the procurement subject, discriminate against the economic operators (EO) interested and favor certain EOs".
INPO has asked the Municipality of Gjakova to review these requests that it has published:

INPO has emphasized that the Municipality of Gjakova should know that the requirement for a minimum of 35 certified middle and technical staff for safety and health at work is not a requirement of the Law on Safety and Health at Work, just as neither is the requirement for an industrial chemist of certified for safety and health at work.
