Identification of the mortal remains of the three victims of the Kralan massacre

The Government Commission on Missing Persons announced that on Tuesday, After 26 years of waiting and searching, the mortal remains of three victims of the Kralan massacre, who were on the list of missing persons since the war in Kosovo, have been identified. 

The mortal remains of Sabedin Kryeziu, from the village of Mleqan in Malisheva, Mentor Kryeziu from the village of Bubavec in Malisheva, and Vehbi Halilaj from the village of Llapqevë in Malisheva have been identified. 

"The official notification of the families was made by the Government Commission for Missing Persons and the Institute of Forensic Medicine, with the presence of the president of the Association of Families of War Victims and Missing Persons 'Kujtesa' and representatives of the Municipality of Malisheva. These three identifications come after the identifications of eight other victims from the same massacre, whose remains were found and exhumed from the mass grave location in Bishtazhin, about which the families were notified last week. We express our condolences to the Kryeziu and Halilaj families," the Government Commission for Missing Persons announced.
