Çlirim Haziri from the "Not in My Name" platform has warned that the protest will not stop unless the presidential issue is resolved today, in which case the country would go to elections.
Haziri, upon launching protests in "Skenderbeu" Square in Pristina, said that they will not allow a campaign or regular rallies unless an agreement is reached for the president.
"Today is the last day, it is the last hour, so today from this square I address the deputies who are inside, there are still a few hours left, I ask you to come together and find the strength to be people before you are party numbers. Do not trample on the blood of Zahir Pajaziti, do not trample on the blood of Fehmi Lladrovci, Luan Haradinaj, the Jashari family, do not trample on the blood of martyrs, but vote for that law. If you choose silence today, if you send the country to elections today only to leave the KLA defenseless, then know that this protest does not end today, if you reject this law we will follow you foot by foot. There will be no campaign or rallies for you. This measure will follow you like a shadow", said Haziri.
He further accused Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Interior Minister Xhelal Sveçla of violence against protesters through the Police.
Other representatives of this platform have said that they will protest in front of the Parliament until a session is called to pass the Draft Law on second reading.
