The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said that the meeting of the technical delegations of Kosovo and Serbia in Berlin last week was not secret.
Although the meeting was held away from the public eye without warning, Haradinaj said that it was a meeting invited by the team of German Chancellor Angela Merkel and that it was not a secret.
"It was a meeting invited by Merkel, for the technical teams. It can be said confidential, business, but neither secret nor secret. It was a meeting invited by Chancellor Merkel's team for the mandated parties", said Haradinaj after the government meeting.
Further, Haradinaj said that they have information about the plan to improvise a humanitarian crisis in the north. According to him, everything will be de-conspired and "strange projects that do not belong to this century" will not be allowed.
"There is a tendency to turn a blind eye to smuggling and traffic, but we dare not allow this, not only for food, but smugglers can also carry narcotics and weapons. We cannot allow this", said Haradinaj.
Commenting on the Serbian president's statement that if Kosovo removes the tax, the lobbying for de-recognition will stop, Haradinaj said that "you cannot deny the existence of Kosovo and I will take the market from it".

Haradinaj said that it is good that the agreement is reached this year, but he added that more important than speed is the right direction of the negotiations.
Regarding the monopoly in homologation, he said that it is an inherited condition and that the competence belongs to the Ministry of Infrastructure.
