The candidate for prime minister from the AAK-Nisma-Conservatives-E30 coalition, Ramush Haradinaj, said that aNATO membership will pave the way for Kosovo's entry into international organizations.
According to him, the opposition should remove Albin Kurti from the current government because with his anti-Americanism, he is endangering the country.
Haradinaj said that Kosovo's entry into NATO is very important, as the Kosovo Security Force has the capacity to help the North Atlantic Alliance and that entry into this organization would pave the way for entry into other international organizations as well.
"The world is moving at a very fast pace and the issue of security is moving with difficult dynamics. Our army has what it offers to NATO, it offers its elite capacity. We were able to join NATO without Serbia recognizing us. In joining NATO, the principle is that Serbia should not prevent Kosovo's membership in international organizations. In the first 100 days, what exists today as unofficial but friendly, the discussion on our issues has only reached the level and it will be formalized in the Government of Kosovo. Kosovo's membership in NATO is also a blow to the interests of our enemies. "With the entry into NATO comes the economy," he said.
The candidate for Prime Minister, Haradinaj has added that he is not so sociable with other opposition parties, but they should unite as an opposition and change the current government since Prime Minister Albin Kurti continues with anti-American policies.
"We have to change Kurt. And whoever changes it, must be in the opposition. It's not that I'm in love with either the PDK or the LDK, but I have to work with them to remove this man (Kurtin). Unfortunately, he has continued to behave as anti-American. It has managed to create a belief in its own people as anti-American, which is a danger to us and is a mistake. We need a change", he said.
Haradinaj has mentioned the creation of a ministry that will deal with "categories of freedom".

"In the past, it was foreseen that every work we do for the dialogue, Serbia will also do it and in the end recognize us as a state. You see how stressful it has been since Albini's Government came, they are not treating us because of his wrong decisions and actions and they do not have Serbia on their agenda to recognize us. They are not pressuring Vucic to sign the agreements. Then, we are telling the Americans, we want to join NATO, we are not linking it with Serbia, we are not asking them to sign the agreements, they are not ready, we only want to work with you... It is good to empower the youth. We will create the ministry of categories of freedom, other countries also have it, to remind everyone how important this topic is. We will not give up one day and we will build the houses of the KLA", said Haradinaj.
The head of the OVL UÇK branch in Pejë, Gazmend Syla, has emphasized that the current government has never helped war veterans.
"Eternally grateful that 8 years ago you trusted me to lead the organization of war veterans. The government has not turned its head towards us. He also went on offense about the minimum wage. Muhaxheri (the Mayor of Peja) has been here for 11 years, he has never turned his head towards us for a martyr's grave. We are the only municipality that does not have reports", said Syla./Kosovapress
