Haradinaj: Kosovo must return to the course towards integration

The chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj, has met the new ambassador of the European Union in Kosovo, Aivo Orav, with whom he said they discussed the need to advance towards European integration.

Haradinaj wrote on Facebook that Kosovo should return to its course towards Euro-Atlantic integration, adding that "AAK is engaged in the integration agenda".

According to the head of the opposition party, Kosovo's journey should culminate with membership in NATO and the European Union.

"Today, I welcomed the EU Ambassador in Kosovo, Mr. Aivo Orav. I welcomed the ambassador to our country, as well as expressed the need for the advancement of our country towards EU integration. As an Alliance, I confirmed our commitment to the integration agenda and support for the necessary reforms that our country must push forward. I emphasized that Kosovo should return to its course towards Euro-Atlantic integration. This journey should culminate in NATO and EU membership", says Haradinaj's status.
