The Special Prosecutor's Office announced that the Minister of Industry, Rozeta Hajdari, appeared to be interviewed as a defendant in the case of state reserves, but she did not testify on Monday.
The prosecutor's office announced for TIME that Hajdari used the right to defend himself in silence, under the suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "misuse of official position or authority".

The Minister of Trade, Industry and Enterprise, Rozeta Hajdari, was interviewed at the Special Prosecutor's Office on Monday regarding the state reserves scandal.
