The graffiti "When the army returns to Kosovo" appeared on August 2 in Banja Llukë, Bosnia-Herzegovina, near the main road leading to Prijedor, a city where some of the most serious crimes were committed during the war against non-Serb residents.
The same graffiti has been previously seen in several cities in Serbia.
It was created by the fans of the football club Crvena Zvezda, after a friendly match with the Italian club Fiorentina on July 26 in Belgrade.
The graffiti message is part of a folk song sung by Metropolitan Amfilohije of the Serbian Orthodox Church and Bishop Atanasije.
In February, activists of the organization Youth Initiative for Human Rights and Krokodili Association painted this graffiti red in Belgrade's Slavija Square.

The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, has announced that he and Vučić will go to Prijedor on Friday to mark the "Day of Serbian Victims", in the presence of the highest leadership of this entity, Serbia and the Serbian Orthodox Church .

Dodik said that Prijedor was chosen as a memorial site "because the people of Prijedor were the first to welcome Serbian refugees" from the so-called Republic of Serbian Krajina.
