The Court of Tirana has ordered a 40-day prison sentence for the former soldier of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Dritan Goxhaj, TV Klan reports.
Goxhaj was arrested two days ago [Monday] by the Tirana Police after being accused of witness intimidation by the Special Court based in The Hague.
Albanian authorities have requested additional information from Kosovo regarding the charges brought against the former KLA soldier.
Goxhaj himself has claimed that he has not done anything illegal except for some writings on social networks.
The Special Court has requested his extradition.
