Kosovo Police has announced that from April 3, it will begin sending traffic fines to the vehicle owner's address for violations identified through cameras and radars.

The Police announcement states that the fines will be sent through the Kosovo Post and through the e-Kosova platform.

Police have announced that the vehicle owner will receive the fine at his address.

"If he was not the driver of the vehicle at the time of the violation, he is obliged to provide the driver's details," the announcement states.

Failure to submit this data is said to result in legal measures for natural and legal persons.

The announcement states that violators will receive a 50% discount on payment if they pay the fine within the legal deadline.

It also states that citizens have the right to appeal if they disagree with the fine.

The announcement states that citizens who have sold vehicles should notify the authorities.

"If you no longer own a vehicle, notify the authorities and transfer ownership to avoid unnecessary fines and concerns," the announcement says.
