Vetevendosje Movement MP Donika Gërvalla has said that the deadline for the constitution of the Parliament is September 6th.
Gërvalla made this statement during a debate with PDK MP, Përparim Gruda, in the Assembly hall, where numerous tensions were noted today during the time when the Assembly was to be opened for visits by expatriates.
According to Gërvalla, the 30-day deadline for the constitution of the Assembly applies after the convening of the constitutive session.
"We have 30 days to elect the speaker of the assembly, this is our interpretation," she said.
