The Francophone Forum is a new opportunity for investment in Kosovo

The Francophone Investment Forum was organized by the Francophone Business Club in Kosovo. Julien Roche, president of the French Chamber of Commerce in Albania has emphasized that his first contact in Kosovo was very difficult in 1999, Koha Ditore reports.

"A few days after the war, I was met by Russian soldiers who arrested me. 18 years later I am still here because we have made good Albanian friends from Kosovo and Albania. Many fields are open for markets between French and Albanian companies", said Roche.

According to Albanian experts, the customs expenses are high, amounting to over 250 euros. Meanwhile, the President of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi has said that Kosovo is a country of opportunities.

"Kosovo is a state of legislation of the highest European standards. This meeting today is a new, hitherto unused opportunity. Today, all the leaders of the Republic of Kosovo are here to support you. I believe that this opportunity will be used to the maximum. This organization is the best model of how experiences can be exchanged".
