The "Rama IV" Government was formed with 82 votes in favor in the Assembly on Thursday. But as in the first session, when the proceedings began, the opposition blocked the rostrum, forcing the Speaker of Parliament Niko Peleshi to interrupt the session, reports "TopChannel".

According to the Democrats, this was unacceptable, as some of them approached the podium where Rama was speaking, while the guards confronted them. Some of the Democratic Party deputies threw notebooks at Prime Minister Rama.
The five-minute break did not calm the situation. Thus, Niko Peleshi put the formation of the Government and the program for the next four years to the vote. They were approved by a majority vote.
Even the first session on September 12 was interrupted after the podium was blocked.
