A large number of people were waiting in line to be tested for Covid-19.
They suspected that they are infected with this virus, as the workers of the National Institute of Public Health have been facing such a situation for several days now.
Those who were tested said that they are doing this because of the contacts they had with infected people.
"A little, not much, about 10, 15 minutes. Very good. Just give me a check, actually see if we have the virus", said a citizen.
"Kena COVID, who came out with the virus, we came and got tested too. Yes, I received the third dose of the vaccine two weeks ago", said a citizen.
While the National Institute of Public Health continues to increase the testing of suspicious samples, even in the Infectious Disease Clinic, the number of patients has increased.

According to the director of this clinic, the situation there continues to be calm, until he shows that the patients who are receiving treatment, most of them are unvaccinated.
"Of these patients that we have hospitalized, only two are fully vaccinated, while 85 or 90% of those hospitalized are not vaccinated, this is not a good data, because most of these patients that we we have hospitalized them, if they had been vaccinated they would not have ended up with their clinical form", said the director of Infectious Diseases, Arben Vishaj.
Vishaj adds that they expect the number of hospitalized to increase. It shows that most of the people who have traveled from different countries to Kosovo, are with the Omicron variant.
"It is possible that the number of requests for hospitalization will increase, since we have an increase in the number of infected people. We at the Infectious Disease Clinic send patients for COVID, and depending on the epidemiological survey, it is the IKSHPK that determines which patients should be tested for Omicron, and from the last tests, it has been shown that a very large number of patients affected by COVID-19, are of the Omicron variant", said Vishaj.
According to the announcement of SHSKUK, 43 patients confirmed with COVID-19 are receiving treatment in the Clinics of KKUK and in regional hospitals.
In the last 24 hours, 728 people infected with the coronavirus have been registered in Kosovo, the Ministry of Health announced.
