The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, has appeared in sneakers at the NATO Summit that is being held in Madrid.
In a video published on Facebook by himself, he is seen standing among the most powerful world leaders, such as the president of France, Emmanuel Macron, dressed in a suit, while wearing white sneakers.
This is not the first time that Rama appears in sneakers at important world events.
The NATO summit ends on Thursday, while during the two days it took place, the focus was on the war in Ukraine.
