Edhe kryetari i Lidhjes Demokratike të Kosovës, Lumir Abdixhiku e ka refuzuar ftesën e ushtrueses së detyrës së presidentes, Albulena Haxhiu.
Në një përgjigje për KOHËN, nga LDK-ja kanë thënë se nuk marrin pjesë në takim, pasi konsiderojnë se Haxhiu është vetëm një nga deputetët e Kuvendit të Kosovës.
Tutje janë shprehur të hapur të takohen me kryeministrin në detyrë, Albin Kurti.
“LDK, nuk merr pjese në takimin e thirrur nga zonja Haxhiu, pasi që konsiderojmë se ajo është vetëm nië nga deputetet e Kuvendit të Kosovës. Ne jemi të hapur të bisedojmë me kryetarin e LVV, z. Albin Kurti, që sa më shpejt ta zhbllokojmë situatën politike në vend, duke i ofruar Kosovës, President”, thuhet në përgjigjen e LDK-së.
Ftesën për takim e kanë refuzuar edhe Partia Demokratike e Kosovës dhe Aleanca.

Haxhiu had invited political party leaders or their representatives for a joint meeting on Tuesday at 9:00.
The meeting, as called by Haxhiu, is consultative and is being held in relation to current political and institutional developments and the importance of reaching an agreement on a consensual president, as well as on the formation of other institutions.
And the PDK has said that the issue of electing the president can only be addressed after the Assembly becomes functional.
The MP of this party, Arian Tahiri, has opposed Haxhiu's role in organizing the meeting with the parties, saying that she is currently an MP.
The same position has been expressed in the Alliance, which from the beginning has refused to attend meetings called by the leader of Vetëvendosje.
The head of the Alliance Parliamentary Group, Besnik Tahiri, said that the opposition parties should not be blamed for refusing the meeting, as according to him, their request is clear: the functionalization of the Assembly.
