Fehim Sali, suspected of espionage for the Serbian BIA, in addition to the information he allegedly collected on the political situation in Kosovo, he also identified officials of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency to give to the BIA official.

The prosecution's file states that Sali photographed KIA officials. He also provided information about people from the Wahhabi sect and others and proposed them to a BIA official as targets for recruitment.
The Special Prosecution Office filed a request for Sali's detention on Friday.

The Prosecution file seen by KOHA states that Sali, in his capacity as a person recruited by the BIA, "acted according to the orders and instructions of the senior BIA official, Želimir Matović, known by the nickname 'Željko', in such a way that the same provided information about the political situation in Kosovo, identified KIA officials by taking their photographs, provided information about persons belonging to the Wahhabi sect and other persons, whom he then proposed to the BIA official as possible targets for contact and recruitment."
