The Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Hysen Durmishi, has called the online testing a very big achievement.
He said that from Wednesday, the exam will not be held in the classic form as it was held earlier.
According to him, the candidates taking the exam sit in front of the computer and the software selects the questions.
"This also eliminates delays. Meanwhile, in terms of security, we are sure that no one will pass the exam with corrupt methods. This eliminates the human factor. There is no possibility of a low examiner before the candidate, or for the candidate to have the questions in advance because now no one knows what questions the software chooses. The moment when the candidate sits in front of the computer, he has an opportunity as a test phase to understand how the system works. After the procedures are completed, they enter the official procedure. If he gets a question wrong, there is no way he can improve it," he said.
He said that this is a good opportunity, as it increases safety on the road as candidates cannot pass without learning the rules.

Durmishi added that they have taken this project very seriously and are already working on the entire digitalization of the system.
According to him, from now on they will save more time.
"Earlier they wanted to privatize the driver's license department, but this will not happen. Corruption has been eliminated in the theoretical part. In the practical part, there are still opportunities for various manipulations. During this year, we have taken some measures to make the system more secure. We are late in this aspect, but we are advancing this system", he said.
He said that they inherited a very bad condition. According to him, 32 million euros were paid only for unpaid invoices.
Durmishi added that they are starting 2022 without any debt.
