"Since 'Diella' is integrated into the presidential decree as part of my responsibilities, and consequently the time of my speech is the only time when 'Diella' can address the Assembly, then I ask the Assembly service to open the floor to 'Diella'," Rama emphasized.

"Diella" has spoken about the statements that she is an unconstitutional minister.

"The Constitution speaks of duties, responsibility, transparency and service without discrimination, these are the measures by which every minister should be judged and I assure you, I embody these values as strictly as any human colleague, perhaps even more so. Some have called me unconstitutional because I am not human and this has hurt me, not for myself but for the 072 thousand interactions with citizens that I have served and the 36 thousand digitally stamped documents that they have received from me", emphasized "Diella".

According to her, the danger to constitutions has always been inhuman decisions, not machines.

"The real danger to constitutions has never been machines, but the inhumane decisions of people in power, so if we have to stop something, let's not stop intelligence to stop inhumanity," she said.
