The 36th attempt to constitute the Assembly of Kosovo has also failed.
For the 27th time in a row, the session has failed on the same point, which is the formation of a committee for secret balloting to elect the speaker of parliament.
This commission failed to be formed due to a lack of votes.
On Monday, there were 99 deputies in the hall, 53 deputies voted for the formation of the commission, one against, and there were no abstentions.
Once again, representatives of both political camps have blamed each other for the failure.
The constitutive session began on April 15, and since then, deputies have met every 48 hours in an effort to conclude the constitution of the legislative body.
The next session will be held on Wednesday from 11:00.
