The envelope and the photograph with which the deputy of the PDK, Flora Brovina, claims that she had received from an official of the Council for the Protection of Freedoms and Human Rights, the Special Prosecutor has recently sent it for expertise.

On the 16th of last month, on the day when the Assembly of Kosovo approved the Resolution on the genocide committed by Serbia in Kosovo, MP Brovina caused a scandal with a photograph, which she said was a picture of the rape of an Albanian woman by Serbian forces, during the war in Kosovo, the authenticity of which was questioned.

A few hours after Brovina showed the photo to the journalists gathered in the Kosovo Assembly building, various media, including the koha.net portal, reported on Iraqi websites that had a photo that looked the same, which was sometimes said to be "evidence" of the crimes of the American forces against women in Iraq, and where it was simply presented as a pornographic act.

Even after the raised doubts, MP Brovina insisted that the photo is from the last war in Kosovo, and that she has it from 2003 or 2004.
