Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has not submitted to the threat of the main coalition partner, the PDK, for supporting the opposition's motion to overthrow the Government, in case Mustafa and the LDK he leads, in advance, would not proceed for ratification The demarcation agreement with Montenegro and after the failure of ratification, they dissolved the Assembly.
The demarcation will not proceed before the motion session, Koha Ditore writes today.
The submission of the border agreement to the MPs was scheduled to take place on Monday, through a decision of the Government Cabinet.
But the Government meeting, scheduled to be held at 10:00, has been postponed after a joint meeting that the American ambassador, Greg Delawie, had with Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and Speaker Kadri Veseli, who leads PDK.
