The head of diplomacy of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, has accused the president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, of "continuing with provocations due to the statement that Kosovo will sue Serbia for genocide", adding that "this is not possible as Kosovo is not a member of the UN- ", reports Koha.net.
"Hashim Thaçi continues with provocations. After his idea of forming the army failed and after international pressure withdrew the law for it, Thaçi immediately tried to draw the attention of the domestic opinion to another topic - the lawsuit against Serbia for genocide. Thaçi I know that there is nothing to come of this, because Kosovo is not a member of the United Nations and does not have the right to sue at the International Court of Justice in The Hague", Tanjug quotes Dacic as saying.
