Avokatja Fehmije Gashi – Bytyqi ka thënë se provat e Prokurorisë në aktakuzën për spiunazh ndaj Fatmir Shehollit janë shumë serioze.
Ajo ka thënë se pret që gjatë procesit gjyqësor provat e Prokurorisë Speciale të vërtetohen.
“Unë besoj që vërtetohet, për arsye se provat janë mjaft të fuqishme, mandej përveç provave që i ka mbledhur Policia në bashkëpunim me prokurorin e çështjes Bekim Kodraliu, ... edhe gjatë kohës sa ka qenë Sheholli në paraburgim i ka vënë masat e përgjimit, siç po veprohet zakonisht, e kanë përgjuar edhe me familje e me të gjithë, por si do të ndodhë në fund unë nuk e di”, ka deklaruar Bytyqi.
Ajo ka thënë se beson që për rastet e spiunazhit që janë duke u trajtuar nga institucionet e drejtësisë meritat më të mëdha i ka Agjencia e Kosovës për Inteligjencë (AKI).
“Edhe të rasati i Sheholli edhe te rastet e tjera besoj që meritat kryesore i ka AKI-ja, ajo tregon që ata çdo ditë po perfeksionohen, po ngritën edhe po punojnë në heshtje, në sekret, në konfidencialitet, siç parashihet me ligj”, është shprehur Bytyqi.
Për këto raste ka thënë se merita kanë edhe Prokuroria si dhe Policia e Kosovës.

"I feel innocent," Sheholli declared briefly, after the Prosecution read him the indictment.
According to prosecutor Bekim Kodraliu, Sheholli is suspected of having assisted the activities of the Serbian Intelligence Service (BIA), by collecting and transmitting information regarding political activities, the security situation and the functioning of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
Kodraliu said that according to the indictment, Sheholli, from an unspecified date until October 9, 2025, is suspected of acting under orders and duties assigned by a senior BIA official.
"The defendant Fatmir Sheholli, from an unspecified date until 09.10.2025, in the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, continuously and with direct intent, in the capacity of a person recruited by the Serbian Intelligence Service - (known as 'BIA'), has assisted the activity of this service, acting according to the orders and tasks assigned by its senior official, Bojan Dimić, director of the Directorate Against Terrorism and International Organized Crime, so that the defendant Sheholli has collected, secured and, through communications and telephone messages, has forwarded to this official data, information and documents related to political activities, the security situation and the functioning of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo", he said.
