The Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, has criticized the emissary of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, for an unfair and neutral approach to the normalization process.
Bislimi reacted after Lajcak wrote in a post on Tuesday about a meeting with representatives of the National Convention for the European Union (NCEU), but did not indicate that it was the NCEU of Serbia.

Letter to the Reader — Why We're Asking for Your Support ContributeAlso, Bislimi said that Lajcak did not mention that the delegation he met with was mainly representatives of NGOs from Kosovo, "who actively and openly advocate against the integration of Serbian citizens in economic and social life of Kosovo".
"Emissary Lajcak posted from the meeting held with the NCEU (National Convention on European Union in Serbia), a few hours before reporting to the PSC (Political and Security Committee) about the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, but decided not to mention that it is about NCEU in Serbia. However, the delegation consists mainly of Serbian NGOs from Kosovo, which actively and openly advocate against the integration of Serbian citizens in the economic and social life of Kosovo. Mr. Lajçak should explain to us if in his narrative, Serbian NGOs from Kosovo are part of NCEU Serbia and if NCEU Serbia falls under his umbrella. Another strong demonstration of Mr. Lajçak's 'fair' and 'neutral' approach to the parties in the normalization process", Bislimi wrote on the "X" platform.
