Vetevendosje Movement MP, Dimal Basha, said that the responsibility for constituting the Assembly belongs to all parties.
He blamed the impasse on the parties that were in opposition in the previous legislature.
"We are expecting a change of stance because the constitution of the Assembly is very important. It is unreasonable for each MP to wake up, get dressed and come to the Assembly of the Republic and not leave a mark, not vote for, not against or abstain."
He said that at least 4 opposition MPs should participate in the vote to elect the Assembly presidency, as according to him this responsibility belongs to all parties.
"They are saying that the greatest responsibility falls on us, we have 57 MPs who vote, then tell me why only 4 opposition MPs are not in favor of the constitution of the Assembly," Basha said before the start of the 36th extension of the constitutive session.
