Mazllum Baraliu, an expert on legal issues, has stated that Western countries are imposing conditions on Kosovo that other countries have not had.
He said on Thursday in KTV's "Interaktiv" that this is injustice and disrespect for the principle of equality.
"It is not right, it is not only unfair and contrary to the standards and principles of international law and respect for the principle of equality. This behavior that they as an international community in various issues, such as the Berlin Process, constantly demand something new that they do not demand from others. Bosnia has not implemented one of the Berlin agreements such as the free movement of goods and people. She is not pressured, Kosovo is pressured", Baraliu stated.
He added that Kosovo should be treated equally with other countries, while he described the Berlin Process as a "positive offer with financial impact".
"Despite the fluctuations, we must not lose Germany as an ally as it has serious promises and, unlike other countries, takes the process to the end... The Berlin process is the only possible door and potentially, if things do not change in the negative aspect, that the states of the Western Balkans as soon as possible and as soon as possible integrate into the European Union", said Baraliu.
The statements of the German emissary, Manuel Sarrazin, that "Germany cannot do Kosovo's diplomacy", Baraliu described as negative.
According to the connoisseur of political issues, Serbia is being treated differently by the European Union and it is not being pressured like Kosovo.
"Serbia is the Achilles' heel, both the European Union and Washington know this well. The pressure is not on Serbia, which has a power extension of pro-Milosevic fascism. Serbia is the key to the problem, not Kosovo," he added.
