Problems with electricity force Zoje Haxhiaj from the village of Rakosh in the Municipality of Istog to continue heating and preparing food with wood.
The 90-year-old woman, who lives alone in this house, says that frequent power outages have damaged all her electrical equipment for food and heating, reports KTV.
According to her, the energy problems in this village date back twenty years, but they have increased more in recent months.
She adds that the evenings are difficult to spend without electricity as a result of her economic and health condition.
