Prokuroria e Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar (SPAK) ka njoftuar ia ka komunikuar ish-zëvendëskryeministres dhe ish-ministres së Infrastrukturës në Shqipëri, Belinda Balluku, akuzat përfundimtare për veprat penale për të cilat akuzohet.
SPAK-u ka njoftuar se ndaj Ballukut rëndojnë akuzat për shkelje e barazisë në tenderë 9 herë, korrupsion, refuzim dhe mosdeklarim i pasurive si dhe pastrim i produkteve të veprës penale ose i veprimtarisë kriminale.
Akuzat e SPAK-ut ndaj Ballukut:
"Violation of equality of participants in tenders or public auctions", in collaboration (nine times), provided for by article 258/2 and 25 of the Criminal Code.
"Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions", provided for by Article 259 of the Criminal Code.
"Passive corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials", provided for by Article 260 of the Criminal Code.
"Refusal to declare, failure to declare, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants or of any other person who has a legal obligation to declare", (twice), provided for by Article 257/a, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.
"Laundering of the proceeds of crime or criminal activity", provided for in Article 287, letter "b" of the Criminal Code, committed in qualifying circumstances "in collaboration and more than once", according to Article 287/2 of the Criminal Code (for two immovable properties).
Prokuroria e Posaçme ka njoftuar se po vijon me veprime konkrete procedurale për t’ua komunikuar akuzat edhe personave të përfshirë në të njëjtën çështje penale.
