Lawyer Gjini: Plesković was a member of the Red Berets, life imprisonment is needed

The injured party's lawyer, Gent Gjini, said that the evidence shows that Plesković was a member of the Red Berets (Serbian Special Operations Unit), therefore the sentence against him should be maximum.

According to Gjini, the 15-year sentence is discriminatory against all families of war victims. 

"As a lawyer for the injured party, I want to say that a war criminal has been tried under the laws of the former Yugoslavia, imagine that.
