The works started years ago by the municipality of Rahovec on the road, which leads to the village of Potoqan i Ulët, have remained in half, KTV reports.
Residents, who frequent this road every day, say that it is difficult for them to travel, since the road is unpaved.
In the municipality of Rahovec, they say that the lack of finances has caused the works to be cut in half, although hundreds of thousands of euros have been allocated for this project so far.
The road improvement project, which connects the city of Rahovec with the villages of Potoqan i Đër and Bërnjak, started in 2016 and is expected to be completed early next year.
