The measure of house arrest has been assigned to two arrested persons who did not offer help to an elderly man who died later on the street in Gjilan.
The news was confirmed for Kohavision by the spokesperson of the Basic Court in Gjilan, Sabit Shkodra. "I can confirm that the judge of the preliminary procedure has approved the request of the Basic Prosecutor's Office of Gjilan to set the measure of house arrest against the two defendants, who are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of not providing assistance", said Shkodra.
