In this Summit, in addition to the discussion on economic recovery after the pandemic, it is expected to become clear that the conclusion of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue can only be achieved by the EU.
Although this Summit has been mentioned as an opportunity for the liberalization of visas for Kosovo, experts in international integration consider the likelihood of such a thing to be "zero". Because the pandemic will take the epicenter of the Summit.
The director of the "EPIK" Institute, Demush Shasha, tells KosovaPress that a good message for Kosovo is the removal of Spain's veto for participation.
According to him, it is an important signal of the alignment of Spain's position with the EU member countries regarding the acceptance of Kosovo's independence.

"I expect that the leaders will make it clear that there is a dialogue for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia and that dialogue is facilitated by the EU", he said.
In addition, Shasha expressed skepticism about the possibility of visa liberalization happening this year.
"The liberalization of visas is not discussed in any way, the chances of this are zero. This is not the topic of the Summit. The likelihood of visa liberalization beyond the summit is fading with each passing day of 2020. Therefore, nothing concrete should be expected from the Summit for visa liberalization", he says.
Meanwhile, another connoisseur of European integrations, Besnik Vasolli, says that this Summit will be under the shadow of the Covid 19 pandemic.
