Albulena Haxhiu has been elected Speaker of the Parliament.
At the constitutive session, it received 62 votes in favor, 16 against, and 13 abstentions. Abstentions came from the LDK and votes against from the PDK.
She will lead the 11th legislature emerging from the June 7 elections.
Haxhiu was also the Speaker of the Assembly in the previous legislature.
She is also the acting president.
The constitutive session is postponed again, there is no agreement on the voting for the vice-presidents
The 11th legislature of the Assembly of Kosovo has not been constituted even after the September 9th session.
