The Special Prosecution Office has filed an indictment against Bojan Jevtiqi, accused of espionage and unauthorized possession of weapons.
According to the indictment, Jevtić, in his capacity as a police officer with the rank of lieutenant, from an unspecified period of time until July 17, 2025, is suspected of having continuously and intentionally collected and sent to officials of the Serbian Intelligence Service, classified official documents related to national security and the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo.
Jevtiqi was arrested on July 17, 2025 after an action by the Special Prosecution Office in coordination with the KIA and the Police Inspectorate, on suspicion of providing the Serbian Intelligence Agency with access to the official Kosovo Police computer.
Jevtiqi held the position of chief of operations in the border police at the crossing point located in the Gjilan region.
