The Cadastral Agency of Kosovo has said that it was informed through electronic and written media that, as it says in the communique, "The new commission for the border, in a tendentious manner, has addressed the accuracy of the cadastral documentation for the territory of the Republic of Kosovo".
As a result, AKK has sent a clarification so that "wide opinion can be informed fairly and accurately about this issue".

Technical and legal cadastral data for the territory of Kosovo have been implemented and in operation since 1931 until today. These cadastral data on immovable property are registered for all private property owners, owners of Social Enterprises, public property owners and state property owners.
The territory of Kosovo is made up of 38 municipalities within which there are 1305 cadastral areas. While the total number of plots in the territory of Kosovo is 2.113.187, the total number of buildings and parts of buildings is 71.265 registered in the name of 521.025 owners. What does AKK say about "administrative border" and "cadastral border"
The entire territory of Kosovo is represented by geodetic measurements on cadastral maps at a scale of 1:500, 1:1000,1, 2500:XNUMX. The number of cadastral map sheets compiled with decimetric accuracy, according to the proportion for the territory of Kosovo is:

The territory of Kosovo presented in the state geoportal is a continuation of the cadastral data from the Provincial Directorate for Geodesy of the KSA of Kosovo. Along the state border of Kosovo with neighboring countries, there are 514 cadastral maps with a reduction scale of 1:2500, in which the administrative line of the KSA of Kosovo, now the border of the Republic of Kosovo, is presented.
On page 53 of the Report of the new Commission on the border, chapter 4.5 it is written: "Cadastre, being such, did not include state properties, if they were not surrounded by owned property or private property rights".

Kosovo transfers properties in its own name
The boundaries of state (social) properties, especially mountain ones, have had special regulation in all social systems.
· In the registers of immovable properties, all properties of the territory of Kosovo are registered, including private properties, state, social, municipal properties, of public enterprises.
Also, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on 01.03.2017 issued decision No. 06/134, has determined that all immovable properties which have been registered in the name of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia/Republic of Yugoslavia, the Socialist Republic of Serbia/Republic of Serbia, and the Autonomous Socialist Province of Kosovo, including their state, administrative, military bodies and former social-political organizations to be registered in the name of the Republic of Kosovo as the owner of these immovable properties.

Page 53 of the Report of the new Commission on the border in chapter 4.5 writes "since the Provincial Geodetic Directorate, its Archive, and most of the municipal cadastral directories have been looted, have been transported and are still found in Serbia, as long as those documents remaining in the Archive of the Kosovo Cadastre are in a bad state"
· The municipalities bordering Montenegro, Junik, Deçan, Pejë, Istog possess the complete original cadastral documentation from the time of establishment until today. No documents were looted from these municipalities. For all plots there are original measurements starting from the 1930s until today. It is worth noting that the cadastral data for these municipalities have been scanned and are archived in the cadastre of the municipalities mentioned above.

Therefore, the Cadastral Agency of Kosovo makes this reaction in order not to leave room for the attempted deviations mentioned above for the cadastral documentation of the territory of Kosovo.
The official cadastral documentation and the territory of Kosovo is unchanged from 1974 until now, therefore the Kosovo Cadastral Agency will react to all trends for distortion of the cadastral documentation that may be included in the report of the current Commission.
