In the birthplace of the historic former president, Ibrahim Rugova, LDK's candidate for prime minister, Lumir Abdixhiku, has said that we will change the slogan for change because he said that change has happened.
Abdixhiku said that the new slogan of the LDK is "All over Kosovo LDK"
During the campaign in Istog, he said that he feels proud to be in the city of the creator and builder of the state of Kosovo, the brilliant intellectual and inimitable politician, Ibrahim Rugova.
"Dear citizens of Istog, you have always remained loyal, always, to the party of Ibrahim Rugova, your son and the greatest Albanian," said Abdixhiku, who was accompanied by the cheers of the crowd under the chants "Ibrahim Rugova, Ibrahim Rugova, Ibrahim Rugova...", he declared.
He said that for the LDK, elections are always a celebration of democracy.
Abdixhiku stated that Istog is confirming the great victory of the LDK.
"Our victory cannot but start from here, from the Istog of the great Fadil Ferati. From the strong man Shaban Manaj. From the Istog of the great Haki Rugova. And from the Istog of Ilir Ferati",
After Istog, LDK's candidate for prime minister, Lumir Abdixhiku, met with the residents of Rugova e Peja.
He told the residents that the LDK is for change and comprehensive development, for Euro-Atlantic integration, and for the future of the Republic.
He asked for the vote of the people of Rugova to preserve democracy and develop this area of Rugova, which, as he said, has development potential and great heritage values.
Abdixhiku said that the right does not want power to rule, but to govern with it.
He said that the Republic of Kosovo is at the greatest political and existential crossroads since its establishment as an independent state, according to him, due to irresponsible political adventures that a government does not know how to do a good job.
"And at this crossroads we must define our future, so I ask you to understand the weight of your choices 20 days from today," he added.
After Rugova, the LDK leader held an electoral rally at the First Branch in Pristina, where he met with residents of Bardhit i Madh and Llukar.
