The graffiti "death to Albanians" was written in the courtyard of the health center in Bujanoc.
The only Albanian deputy in the Serbian Parliament, Shaip Kamberi, reacted to this. He called this "incited Albanophobia".
"After the statements of the chief subordinate of Aleksandar Vučić, Dragan Stevanović - Bocke and the Director of the Service of the Coordinating Body for Preševo, Bujanoc and Medveđa, Nenad Mitrović, who rushed to judge yesterday's protest of Albanians for rights and equality, today, we have the first Albanian-phobic reaction in Bujanoc. An inscription "Smrt siptarima" (Death to Albanians) has been written in the yard of the Health Center in Bujanoc, until now, by unknown persons", wrote Kamberi on Facebook.
He said that these two state officials, by attacking the right of Albanians for protests, for books, for integration, for recognition of diplomas, for stopping the passivation of addresses, for economic development, have incited a wave of anti-Albanian reactions, the peak of which, according to Kamberi, was achieved with this inscription in the health institution.
"There is still no reaction from the law enforcement agencies, which is a completely different action from the one a few days ago, when an Albanian commentator on Facebook was arrested 'for inciting international hatred' and was sentenced to 30 days of detention. Of course, the instigators of this Albanianophobia, Bocke and Mitrović, remain silent, because in a legal state they would be the first to face punitive measures", wrote Kamberi.
The chairman of the Albanian National Council in the Presheva Valley, Nevzad Lutfiu, wrote about this.
"In the courtyard of the Health Center in Bujanoc during the day, citizens have seen this graffiti 'death to Albanians'", wrote Lutfiu on Facebook where he also attached a photo of the graffiti.
He invited the law enforcement agencies to find the author and take measures.
This graffiti was written after the protest that the Albanians of the Presheva Valley held on Monday, to demand equal treatment in Serbia.
With the motto "For identity and dignity", hundreds of citizens and leaders of political parties in the Presheva Valley expressed requests for the recognition of school textbooks in the Albanian language as well as the recognition of diplomas issued by Kosovo.
Protesters on Monday warned that they will continue with protests until their demands are met.
A few weeks ago, the European Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany expressed their concern about the deactivation of the addresses of Albanians in the Presheva Valley by the Serbian authorities.
According to the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this tendency of Serbia contradicts the obligations that this country has to respect the rights of minorities. According to the Albanian authorities in the Valley, about six thousand addresses in Presheva, Bujanoc and Medvegja have been deactivated so far.
