The application form for subsidizing personal or consumer loans has been published. As the Minister of Finance, Hekuran Murati, has announced, through the "eKosova" portal, applicants can fill out the form to benefit from the subsidy.
He said that it is important that the bank account must be in the name of the applicant, otherwise the transfer cannot be made.

Subsidizing consumer loans is Measure 3.6 within the Economic Revival Package. This point provides that those who receive consumer loans up to 10 euros from October 1 onwards, can apply for a subsidy of up to 300 euros. The subsidy is 10 percent of the loan amount, with a maximum of 300 euros.
The Government of Kosovo has said that with this measure it aims to support family liquidity, to cover seasonal family expenses, school expenses, closing credit card balances, or any service that eases the family's burden.
